Nugent Care Charity Golf Day

Manchester Regeneration Scheme
Under the Manchester City Council regeneration scheme Shawton Engineering have committed to employing a local apprentice to work directly on the Manchester & Central Library regeneration project. This apprentiship will consist of all relevant NVQ qualifications in engineering. Shawton Engineering are committed to apprentice schemes and will assist in local communities with apprentices. We have a strong working relationship with local colleges and universities who provide assistance and courses on our behalf.
Shawton Engineering are active in supporting The Prince’s Trust on a yearly basis. The Princess Trust is an approachable and diverse organisation which values and respects people’s different backgrounds, characteristics, ideas and beliefs. It is responsive to the needs of young people, staff, volunteers, delivery partners and all stakeholders.
Shawton Engineering are active in supporting “Zoe’s Place”. Zoë is the Greek word meaning “gift of life” and here at Zoës Place we believe that life is precious no matter how long it lasts. Zoë’s Place Baby Hospices are unique we are the only “baby specific” Hospices in the U.K. Zoë’s Place is a home from home for babies who have life limiting or terminal illnesses, special and complex needs to varying degrees.
